What should I do if the battery doesn't work?
Our battery replacement service comes at no cost for 1 year. Should you encounter any problems with your battery during this period, please don't hesitate to reach out. Before using this mop for the first time, you need to fully charge the battery.
Can I put cleaning solution in the water tank?
Put only clean water or diluted non-foaming cleaner in the tank; foam could block the nozzle and stop it from spraying water.
Why the sprayer can't work?
The nozzle or the pump can be clogged if the solution was applied in the water tank and it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. We recommend using diluted non-foaming cleaning solution and cleaning the nozzle regularly.

1. The iDOO electric mop only sprays and mops, no vacuum feature. For better cleaning, vacuum dust before mopping..
2. Don't overuse cleaning solution to avoid clogging the nozzle. If clogged, gently stroke the nozzle with a thin needle.
3. Charge promptly for better battery life and every two weeks if not frequently used.
4. If the LED head indicators flashes and the machine stops while in use, it means locked-motor protection is triggered. It can be resolved by restarting the machine.
5. Do not turn on the appliance while charging.
