A : You can inspect by visiting our factory by person,or ask third party to inspect,or by picture inspection.

A : The freight will be given by the freight company based on your Gross Weight and CBM.

Q : Is there any tracking Number for my item?
A : Yes, we ship every order with their Tracking Number, and you can view the shipment locations on the corresponding website.
Q : Can I make personalized/customized products?
A : Sure, please sent us your artwork.

Q : How to place my order?

Q: How Can I get sample?

A : Please provide us your effective address and contact number.We will arrange the sample in 5-7days.We charge free for exists sample of balls; for special products(water-filled bounce ball),after you place order,we can send; for INTEX products,we charge the free of market price.
